Hey guys!! How has your training been going?? Good I hope! Stick with it and results will come!! Make sure you're feeding and nourishing your body with what it needs too!! Well.... It's PEAK week for me!! Its finally here and I am so excited!! I've been training my tail off and have been on point with my diet! So proud of how far I have come this last year! What ever happens on stage is just extra motivation to keep me going!!
Did my last leg workout today before I compete...
So since its almost time that I can have cheat meals again and enjoy some yummy foods, I wanted to share my favorite ::go to:: dessert!!! Its still really healthy compared to most desserts so you can eat this practically every night and pretty much feel guilt free!! --Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pudding--
What you will need:
- 1 scoop Chocolate whey protein powder - 3 Tbsp Almond milk (i use dark chocolate) - 1tsp Cocoa powder - 1-2 packets Truvia (or stevia) - 1Tbsp Peanut Butter (i usually use a protein peanut butter but i was out!)
Mix these ingredients together until its nice a smooth. Refrigerate for 10 mins. Enjoy!!!
This is so easy and delicious and can help keep you from binging on sugary sweets!! My kids even love it!!
